Facility Rentals

FACILITY RENTALS BY INDIVIDUALS

Examples: Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Reception, Etc.

$100 Deposit (Refundable) Required for Each Reservation -- Payable by Check Only

Rental Fee: $30/Hour (Residents), $50/Hour (Non-residents)

Deposit must be paid separately from hourly rental fee

Facility reservations are only accepted by mail and in-person a the Recreation Department (69 Tensaw Drive). For all facility reservations, both the security

deposit (check only) and hourly rental fee (cash, check, money order or credit card) are due when the facility application is submitted.

Cancellation policy available online. A copy will be provided at the time of reservation.

FACILITY RENTALS/USE BY GROUPS & ORGANIZATIONS

Example: Meetings, Fundraisers, Sports Events, Leagues, Etc.

Reservation requests for single events, seasonal use, and long-term use (i.e., every Tuesday) are accepted.

Requests are accepted online, by mail and in-person at the Recreation Department.

Deposits for long term-users will be retained for duration of use. A new check must be submitted every six months.

Facility use fees vary by group/organization and type of use. Check the Building Use Policy above for specifics or contact us for more information. Deposit and applicable fees are due at the time of the request.

For groups/organizations who are self-insured, a certificate of insurance must be provided. In order to reserve a facility as a non-profit group or organization, proof of 501c3 status must be provided. Other items may be required as determined in the policy (available above for review).

Maximum Occupancy: 150 (Tables & Chairs); 195 (Chairs); 225 Standing

The BMIA Building is primarily a banquet facility. Use of 22 tables and 120 chairs included.

Country Lakes Clubhouse

69 Tensaw Dr., Browns Mills

Maximum Occupancy: 125 (Tables & Chairs); 145 (Chairs); 155 (Standing)

Use of 12 tables and 60 chairs included.
