The Pemberton Township Police Department along with the Pemberton Borough Police Department and the Red Lion State Police are seeking volunteers for our Domestic Violence Response Team.
Local law enforcement agencies partnered with domestic violence advocacy groups are seeking volunteers for Domestic Violence Response Teams (DVRT) in Burlington County.
Volunteer advocates work in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies to provide support, information, referrals, and safety planning for victims of domestic violence.
Volunteers must attend a 40-hour training course, possess a valid driver’s license, be willing to serve on an on-call shift basis, and submit to a background investigation and fingerprinting. Click on the flyers below for class dates and more information.
