The improper use of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's), Quads, etc. is a problem in many communities. This is especially true in rural areas like Pemberton Township. Riders must be aware of the laws governing the use of these types of vehicles. Their use on our roadways can be dangerous and can also be inconsiderate to your neighbors and the community. Please see that attached information on the use of these recreational vehicles. The Pemberton Township Police Department will deal with the illegal operation of these vehicles to the full extent of the law.
